was launched in Autumn 2000 by Rupert Hurley and
Nick Wise, who are the Directors of the company
with a clear objective - to sell excellent quality
wines that were not being sold on every street
corner in mixed cases. From an initial offering of
around 100 wines, they have expanded their range
to over 500, which includes more than 100 award
winners from accredited organisations like the
International Wine & Spirit Challenge.
Casevalue.com now offers both single and mixed
cases, and unlike many on-line wine merchants and
mail order companies, all of their wines are
available to purchase as 6 bottle cases.
Their commitment to the highest levels of customer
service is reflected in everything they do, from
their next working day delivery throughout the UK
and their new delivery service in London which
offers one hour slots, 7 days a week between
7am-11pm, to the time and effort they put into the
tasting notes of all their wines.
Nick
Wise who buys their wines is a self confessed wine
fanatic, having worked in the industry for the
last 12 years. He is widely respected within the
industry for his in-depth tasting notes and real
appreciation of the difference between a good wine
and an outstanding wine.
Rupert Hurley is responsible for the 'nuts and
bolts' of the business, having spent 8 years in
advertising and marketing, as well as 3 years in
graphic design and web design at the London
Institute. He is passionate about making the
customer experience as enjoyable as possible.
